I can only guess at what this recipe was supposed to be. There were 3 separate cards written for this particular recipe, including a scrap piece of paper. 1 of the recipes looks like Grandpa Hughes's handwriting. None of them actually call for potatoes. Maybe something to put on top of the potatoes?? Mix in with mashed potatoes? Any ideas?

OMG! (Oh My Grandma) Tara, I've wanted this recipe forever! When I waitress at the Hi-way Café, which grandma owned, she would use this to stuff baked potatoes when they were part of a special of the day.
